Byron's Stealth Shrimp

Anyone know where to find the post with Byron's beautiful shrimp tied Stealth Bomber style? I see MickinMs's 9-4-08 question in the General Fly Tying section, but I can't find the photo of the flies. Looked in Saltwater and Fly Tying but can't find it.

Hi Kent,

I've been tying Stealth Bombers today. Mine don't look as good as yours. That does not surprise me. Most of my flies don't look as good as the originals. Do you have new templates? I liked those round curved heads. Maybe you fold them in half and make a round cut. These will probably work but when you come back to Townsend I need another lesson. I'm going to keep trying and maybe I'll get it.

How wide should the narrow part of the strip be in relation to the hook gap? I have some larger stinger hooks, but I may down size it for panfish and tie it on some type of long shank hook.

I remember seeing those cool flies! And I remember that I still want to tye them as soon as I start to tye my own flies . Thanks again for the inspiration!
