Talking Hiwassee Sunset

My son and I floated the upper river the other evening and caught several bows. It was his forth trip out in the boat with a fly rod and he landed three rainbows. So he was having a blast. I didn't get any pictures of the fish but did take a few of the sunset right before we took out.

You captured a great sunset, and captured some great memories too.

Default Sunset on Hiwassee

That is a beautiful sunset, the Hiwassee is good for producing them.

Another great place to be at sunset is rounding the bend below little rock island and heading into rock garden. Absolutely breathtaking.

One moment you are floating in the cool shade of huge old hemlocks, the next your stairing at a sunset that is resting it laurels on Star Mountain. I have a couple of pics somewhere around here, I will see if I can find a few.

Thanks for sharing.
