This is Butter - 2 years old. Where's my treat, Dad? She loves the water but hasn't made it to a fishing trip yet...just duck hunting so far. I don't think I'd get alot of fishing in if I took her!



Semi-action photo...I think she sees a deer. She runs after them but they don't ever want to play!

This here is my other mutt Avett. He is a great backpacking partner, but I would never take him fishing (reason shown in the 2nd picture). He can flat out ruin a good fishing hole. He cares not about water temperature and has been known to swim the entire width of the clinch weir pool chasing a duck.

Here is a photo of my old Lab Zeke. He died about this time of the year three years ago. He was a good companion.

Yes both pictures where right here around Knoxville. The number of grouse in that picture was a fluke. But man was I proud.
