A couple brookie pics
After finishing the yard work today I didn't have time to get in the park, so I hit a nearby private owned stream that has a good population of wild brookies up high and some big stocked bows lower. I wanted to throw a couple dries, but I forgot my in my vest at the house when I swapped to the chest pack, and I seem to be able to sink a dry really fast. Here are a couple pics.

Love the specs! First ones I have seen since last fall on here. Makes me want to get up high to try and catch some.

Looks like a super day, nice specs. Those are some good looking bows too. A stream like that close to the house, is bound to make it hard to hang in there till the chores are done.

Yes it does. Living minutes from the GSMNP makes it hard to get any chores done as well.

Mine catches a couple park fish, but usually by dumb luck. I will get bored not catching fish, look away, and get hit unexpectedly
