Black Fly Larvae Recipe

Hey Guys,
I need a good black fly larvae recipe. Out of all you guys out there
who know their stuff, surely I can find one that a dumb ole country boy
can tie! If you have any pictures of the fly would be nice as well.
And I'd really appreciate it.
I promise I'm not tryign to steal your secrets, just need a little advice.

Depends on where you are fishing. The pattern below works great on the SoHo as a blackfly larva, however the fish on the Clinch tend to note take it as readily.

Do a search on Clinch River, as there have been numerous discussions recently on blackfly patterns for that river.
