I believe the name is Manuel, and I believe the kayakers tip him with specific items (certain type of beer plus money).

Bfish,
I believe your right. Jim and Breck, That was Richard Bowers who tied the flies. I saw him at work the other night and asked. I figured it about had to be. I think I'm going to have him tie all my parachutes and stimis this year. For years I have tied every fly I use on all my guide trips but between being a casino host, owning a guide service, and having two little kids, I really dont have the spare time to tie up everything. |

T.E., I would like to meet you when I head that way to meet Ronnie and pick up my flies.
There was a fly shop here in Chattanooga that closed recently. A gentleman was there purchasing most of the gear and stated he was opening an Orvis shop at the Casino that would be up and running this spring. Are you aware of this? Whats the best way to get in contact with you? Breck |

The Gorges of Raven Fork: A very impressive stream gradient with tough going and hazards covered in this thread that shouldn't be taken lightly. Added 2/2: Also, when all things are considered, it is probably best to have no more freebie maps available on the forum. No hard feelings. ![]() Last edited by JoeFred; 02-15-2012 at 08:08 AM.. Reason: Deleted gorges map & link to OR drainage map. |

You used to be able to access Bunches Creek through the reservation, but this past fall they changed that. This is tribal water and they will write you a citation or even arrest you if they find you here. I have been going that way for years, but I found this out the hard way. Normally I would not share info on a creek like this, but I don't want any of my fellow anglers getting in to trouble if it can be avoided.
