Default walker sisters

could someone give a short description of the Walker Sisters and what happened to them,where was their cabin,is it still there??Dates??

Interesting! I just send my wife the link from Grannyknot's post. I'm going to research it and see if it is feasible to visit the homesite in the spring. Wife has back trouble and hiking long distances can be a problem. Thanks for the story.

Lauxier--There's a short book the Great Smokies Association published on the sisters a few years back entitled The Walker Sisters, and they are covered in less detail in a number of other books.
