Default mt leconte

I was just wondering if any one knows the direct link to the blog of doug, the mt leconte winter care taker? I would love to see some pictures of the recent snow up there, and find it just generally interesting what he is up to.

Here's the link to Byrons fishing report where he mentioned it earlier this year:

However, the blog is not up. And from Doug's webpage, his new blog http://www.reflectionsofthesmokies.c...ions-blog.html mentions that his season at Leconte is over, so i guess he is not over-wintering this year.

Here's a new blog I found directed from the Leconte webpage:

I enjoyed reading the one last year, the guy really took some nice photographs. I hope this guy does as well. I don't think I would have any problem writing, reading, tying, and photographing the winter away. I would like to have access to the internet, but i don't think I would really miss TV. They would have to let me take my dog and the twins though
