Default St. Thomas and St. Maartans
Anyone ever fish these islands, going sometime this year what should I exspect.

I have have seen people out fishing flats in VI and BVI (bring passport) not sure how well it went

I've never fished either, but I've been to both. Be aware that the French side of St. Maarten/St. Martin has actual waves. The dutch side does not, so I would imagine it is more compatible with flats fishing.
