This fish was caught on a private club section of a spring creek which is catch and release. For this reason I was hesitant to post this photo. It is my understanding the section I fished has not had brown or brook trout stocked for several years. I have caught what I believe were native brook and brown trout there before. I spotted the fish feeding and on my second cast he took the fly. All considered he is a really nice looking brook trout and I would like to share this photo. The net is a large boat net 22 inches across.
