Try the Grizzly Bar and Grill overlooking the Madison River. Been a long time since I was there, but it used to be a good place for burgers and steaks. Was getting a little trendy last time I was there.

Was in Big Sky last week and fished both the Gallatin and Madison rivers. Water was clearing and coming down with the fish hungry. Yellow stone and salmon flies were the ticket. Both dry and nymphs.
For information on what and where to fish, Blue Ribbon Flies will be hard to beat. Good luck.
