Vendor Related Question
Has the committee considered publishing a list of signed up vendors on the Troutfest web site in advance of the event? Perhaps this has been done in the past and I just overlooked it. Thanks.

Joe,
I think that would be a great idea. Also, I think it would help if we could get the auction items posted on the TroutFest website a month or two in advance. This might help with some of the more expensive items and especially the trips. It seems like people have a hard time bidding on a trip without knowing dates ahead of time.

Hey Guys,
We discussed the idea of posting the auction items on the website or even holding online auctions this past Sunday at a Troutfest Marketing Meeting. We are holding a meeting of the full Troutfest Committee on November 20th. This will be on the agenda, I hope. We will begin re-designing the website in December. David Ezell and I are responsible for that. The list of signed up vendors is another good idea that we have not thought of. Byron
