Here's a couple of pics. when I could get my camera out, all small..... but all were fun.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Caught this bow wed. eve before Thanksgiving. About the second best bow I've caught in the park and was surprised to catch anything in the high water. Notice the marks/scars on his side, there was a matching set on the other side also........ any ideas? ![]() |

Nice pictures, glad you got to spend some time on the water! I'll be doing some fishing over the next few days... hopefully the rain thats on its way is lighter than what they are calling for... or maybe I'll get lucky and it will all just go away!

Could the marks on the bow be from talons? I've seen similar marks were ospreys were present.

BRF...... like most folks, I would love one in the 20" range, but guess I need to pay my dues first and worry about busting the 15" mark
. FF&S...... Hope you have some luck, the high water sure has been a pain the last few weeks. Bright side is..... we are learning how to deal with it, which is an experience of it's own. |

EMail me blueraiderfn@hotmail.com if you want some suggestions on bigger fish. I haven't done as well as others but I do know how to catch them. I won't post if for the public to see though.

Knik your bow might have been on the menu for a large brown. There are trout plenty big enough to have that bow for dinner, even though it is larger than average size.
