Default Looking for info on the Tellico River

I haven't fished there before, but was planning on going Friday. Has anybody fished there lately? What's working? Would Citico be better?

Thanks! Anything else you want to throw in there would be appreciated!

Greg

Have not been there in a couple years, however I used to fish Tellico all winnter long. Used to do very well from about a mile down from the hatchery up to the hatchery. Always used Pheasant tails and prince nymphs.

In my opinion the Tellico is a thousand times better than Citico. More fishable water, with great tributaries that hold good numbers of wild fish. Speaaking of which, if the stockers arent doing it on the Tellico, fish up North River a bit... GGood luck.
