Default W3'S Wet Fly

There is a fly that is a staple called the Green Weenie used in PA and NJ. I thought if the green weenie fly worked well, then Why not an all chartruce wet fly. This fly is my own creation and has taken Rainbows, Bookies and Browns. I do call the fly W3's which is the shortened name from Winged Wet Weenies.
