The warmer winter this year has had the predictable effect of things starting earlier this week. I have already seen redfish tailing....not been able to fish too much, but looking forward to the next tide cycle with high enough tides.

John,
I was down your way weekend before last (the one with the 20-30mph winds). I actually got in town with time to make the Low Country tournament weigh in. Only 50% of the boats actually weighed in. Sunday wasn't much better as far as wind and dirty water, and Monday AM was somewhat improved. We watched about 300 red go between us and the bank out on the Broad R. but were about 140 ft out and the boat was already grounded. I about went overboard! Take care and get the tailers!
