Re. No. 2 - I will revise the map to show smaller ranges, but in general, as the legend states, "A color coded stream is not necessarily “fishable” in part or in whole due to small size, restricted accessibility, vegetation crowding, etc."
Re. No. 3 - As a result of you graciously editing the watershed maps at my request, I had attempted to depict the rainbow and brown range stopping at the base if the falls. It's just that the need to embelish the widths of colored streams made it difficlut to better pinpoint the falls. There is a hash mark that does so on the original underlying quad.
