Smile Didn't fish it, but I paddled it

Upper was a great intermediate run (Class 3+). The cascades looked really stout above the upper, and I was amazed at the amount of Class 5 boaters that were there to run the high flow today. Glad to see the releases negotiated many years ago finally coming to fruition.

On the drive over it appears the 100cfs flows on the Cheoah for fish have really helped that stream looking alot less brushy, and dare I say it - like a river.
