Are you planning on fishing while your family hikes, or are you hiking with them and just jumping into the water for a few minutes at a time?

I need to clarify, when I say my wife will be taking pictures they will not all be of fishing. Michelle is a former NP ranger (shenandoah) and is the science department head of Coral springs H.S. .When we hike it is always part science lesson. She photographs every thing, flowers ,trees ,fauna of all sorts, bird ,bugs all wildlife and their droppings. So for me to get into the water for a couple of hours on a hike is pretty easy
