If you like pictures, maybe you'll like video.
![]() NDuncan and I headed to the other side of the mountain for some fishing and climbing. If you know the stream please don't name it. If you're dying to know where we were feel free to e-mail me . Just make sure you have legal access![]() This is my first attempt at vid editing so please be nice. I know the video is way too long, but maybe a few of you with free time will enjoy. I had to divide it into 2 parts. Unfortunately my camera died before getting to film NDuncan leap accrosss the river only to slip in above a Class 5.1 rapid and had a pretty close call . Did I mention he dropped his rod in the water when this happened, and luckily I was able to recover it as it temp hung on a tree in the river Also missed me sliding into Chest Deep water.A GREAT day in the mountains. And the video contains many F-bombs and other vulgarity so if your offended by this, or don't want your kids to watch consider yourself warned. Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSfc0zRqh7g&feature=plcp Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Roz5onknec0&feature=plcp Have fun and be safe out there |

I was thinking of fishing up there the other day but access is so delicate for the other guys that use that that I would hate to ruin it. Permission is very important there

Very nice! I wish I could see that brookie better. You should throw a pic up. I have yet to see a 10" plus brookie from the park.

Now that is a sweet brookie. We should start a thread of largest brookies caught in the park. I am curious to see what's out there and see what other's have caught.

Thay had a pic of what looked like a nice nine incher. ![]() I doubt many people carry a tape such as myself. I believe we shocked up an 11" in Lynn Camp the Spring after the initial shocking. Those are probably optimal conditions ![]() You can see my biggest above and it was 10 1/8 Now if we're talking Northern strain I caught a 15 incher on the Tuck delayed harvest, but I'm sure people have caught them alomost twice as big as that. The Tribal waters had a huge Pod of 25+" Brookies the first year they opened up the fly fishing only section ![]() |
