Default 1st Fish

We had 70 degree temperatures here in West Tennessee today. I decided to get out this morning and hit the family pond. Fished for about 3 hours and ended with 16 bluegill to hand with several misses and fish off. All of the fish were caught on a Theo's Bomber with a chartreuse tail. I fished the bait about 14" under a slider to keep my bait up and even had some fish slash at the slider! Not a bad day to get rid of the new year skunk.

These fish were colored with a lot of purple on the back and plenty of yellow on the belly.
