Default Fishing around Bryson City this weekend?

Just wondering what everyone thought about fishing around Bryson City this week? I'll be up tomorrow and Tuesday. Was thinking of trying Noland or Forney for the first time or even up Deep Creek. What do you think? Any other suggestions, especially for Brookies appreciated.
Thanks
Jed

Default Noland and Deep Creek

Noland fishes fair for Bows from the embayment upstream as it has some nice pools in the lower sections down towards Fontana. Deep Creek in decent from the campground as far up as you want to go! Again the California fish rule. Neither are known as good Speck creeks! Keep your senses keen on both as I have encountered Blackie on both! Be safe and good luck!

Just got back from Snowbird which isn't too far from there. Water is up big time I'd choose a smaller stream. I wouldn't waste my time with Deep or Forney unless you are a streamer fisherman.

Also Noland had a closure on part of it due to a landslide on the trail. Not sure if it's fixed yet. Maybe Indian Creek?

I'm not nearly as familiar with that side of the park so hopefully others will chime in

The upper end of Deep Creek around Poke Patch is very good speckle fishing. Probably as good as upper Raven Fork

I didn't know that Brookies of decent size even existed.
