Where is a good place to fish for carp around here?

RodonTheFly that posts on here could give you some good pointers.

I personally have never caught a carp on a fly rod. So; I am clueless. However; I expect there are several LRO members that might be able to guide you toward some results.

I've caught a few on Tellico Lake below Chilhowee Dam. Look in the trash lines around Harrison Branch when they are generating at the dam. I have caught carp on a small Puglisi Threadfin Shad imitation there. I have to admit, most of the time, they ignore my flies. I keep trying and love doing it.
