Default hot spot nymphs

II've been doing a little reading and research after becoming curious with the current trend in nymphs with hot spots and bright colors. Had to reload on some basic supplies, but more to come. This is just the start of the experiment. I have more hooks and colored beads and threads on the way. The plummeting bead heads interesting. They change color at different angles. I'm anxious to see how they work. I've taken some basic patterns and just added some color in most cases. I'm becoming more convinced that suggestive patterns may be every bit as effective as the realistic stuff i've struggled to tie for years. Most of these flies will be droppers in a czech system, anchor flies coming up, stay tuned.

Flyman,

have been eyeing nymphs like these as well and for sure look like they will fish. Can't wait to see your results on the water.

Mighty pretty work, as always.

Thanks fellers, I can't wait to get out and try them. I've been looking all over the web for more recipes. I just received a few slotted beads and jig hooks today. That may be what's next on the bench

I'd love to hear how they work for you, and whether you're using them for wild or stocked trout. I tied up some a couple of years ago and didn't seem to do any better. I wasn't fishing strictly Czech style though, I was just doing the dry/dropper setup.
