Post Sportsman's Paradise overlooking The Clinch River

I am helping a close family friend sell this home and property. I would love to own it myself if it were in my price range. Most of you that have fished the Clinch River around Massengill Bridge may have noticed the log home on top of the mountain overlooking the Clinch.

If you are interested; please contact me for more details and a showing.

Hey Shawn,

You are doing an exceptional job helping your friend market this beautiful property. I expected that of course.

That is one beautiful place.

Sandman, this property is absolutely stunning all day long. You have a spectacular view of the river and mountains from sunrise to sunset.

Whomever gets this house will have it at a very good price and I can assure them that they will feel it is worthy.
