Default Fishing Report Hiwassee

This has been the norm as of several recent trips with good friends.

If you have to break ice to get to the take out….push the boat from behind to ice break your way…..if you just have to fish in these conditions!!!!

Frank did a great job skunking the rest of us Sunday.

This guy landed within 10 ft of me, I caught fish this day and saw him catch none. He was watching my streamer - nymph technique though.

I have found that if i wait for great fishing conditions, I wouldn't be fishing at all, so….. any day on the water, is a great day!!

Thank You,

Breck

Fantastic pictures Breck! Thanks for sharing. Out of curiosity, are the winter brown and black stoneflies showing up much right now? I used to really enjoy fishing that hatch and may have to come down and try it out sometime soon.

David, yes and yes. They were all over the boat.
