Default Farewell to my fishing Buddy

My fishing buddy (Buddy) for the last 13 years passed away in the early morning hours today, in his sleep. He succumbed to complications from pawlsey, after he suffered a mild stroke a few months ago. He was a constant companion on the water and the woods, and he loved to boat my fish with his soft mouth. I'm going to miss him terribly.

If you have a fishing buddy, whether animal or human, give them a phone call, a hug and a big thank you for being there to enjoy the sport with you. You won't regret it.

Sorry for your loss. A good dog is such a good friend. Sounds like you two had some good times. Those memories will last.

Whitefeather, losing a friend as loyal as him is painful, but the joy we experience with a friend like that is worth the price we pay when their time is up.

Dang man.... I feel for you. I'm going to give the whiggler an extra treat tonight. It's rough to loose such a good friend, but the memories last forever.

Default Sorry

Whitefeather,

I know sorry does not remove the pain, but I am very sorry. May pleasant memories fill your mind and ease your pain.
