Tailwater Streamer Fishing

Well I've got the big fish bug bad! I've been reading up and watching some of Kelly Gallop's thing on streamer fishing for Trophy fish. What is everyone's favorite streamer fly for big fish? Has anyone had any experience with Zoo Cougars, Rainbow Bunkers, Wooly Sculpins, and Fat Heads?

Can't say that I'm well versed in streamer tactics and have only used the tried and have really only used true Clouser Minnow, Woolyboogers, standard sculpin patterns in the Park and on the Clinch - but those Puglisi seem to be all the rage and they do work. For the big fish hunting we're tying the 3-6" patterns with a 10" for "the one"...
