I fished the duck yesterday and had a great time. The fish there are not the biggest but there were plenty of them. I've had luck fishing para adams in smaller sizes, and grhe's in most sizes, but the lure they WANT has to be the wooley boogers, they NEED the boogers. I caught fish on boogers in green, black, brown, or purple, run deep. i've heard that most fish won't holdover on the duck and that may be why i never catch any fatties there. check your pm's for spot suggestions.

Hello cdu1961. *I fished the Duck River on Sunday afternoon before I had to return to Knoxville for school. *The fishing went very well. *I used the same #12 Peacock Woolly Bugger all day and ended up with 12 trout. *I would as adamtn said have woolley buggers in your box. *Olive or brown should work extremely well. *Good luck!
