Hello to all

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I started fly fishing last year and it really is a good cure for the soul. Just being out there takes you to places you have never been. The beauty of the GSMNP is breathtaking in itself. I have hiked there for a few years now and will be doing some back county backpacking this year. I am looking forward to getting back to the mountains and catching some trout.

You have certainly picked a lovey area for your backcountry fly fishing experiences. Byron and I have packed and fished many of the areas of the Park and are always in awe of the surroundings.

Sure is nice to know that there are other ladies on the board. Unfortunately, I only get up to the park about once a year. I enjoy the fishing though. Have a great trip and stay away from the bears!

Yep she survived the bears ,had a good trip and managed to look pretty good while she was at it.
