Default Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls WVa Info
I will be camping in this area the week after the 4th of July with my extended family and want to try to regain my sanity by fishing. I would appreciate any info as where to go, what to take or what to expect in this area. My son-in-law made plans says there is Trout fishing but that all he knows. Help please??

There are stocked streams in the Blackwater Falls State Park that can be fished. There are also a couple of outfitters and guide services in the Monongahela area. I had a card from one in Harmen, WV but I don't know how close that is. There number was 304-227-4565.
