Default Lower Abrams

Hiked Little Bottoms to the intersection of Abrams on Sunday afternoon. Water temp was 74. Decided to fish the water at and below the campground late yesterday for Smallie's since I could see them busting everything in sight Sunday. I abandoned my fly rod thinking a surprise attach with spinners would cause carnage. Skunked. If I had carried my fly equip with me I would have had a very interesting evening.

On a side note I did see what had to be two huge Brown's that I spooked. As they headed quickly donwstream I made a mental note. This was right at the parking area. Perhaps I'll see them again in a month or two............Oh yeah, water temp at the campground was still 74.
