The only streams in Tennessee I go to are the Cany and streams in the Smokys, can you tell me of any other streams that are good for a 14 year old like me to go to that is easy to fish since I just started fly fishing?

You've got the Tellico & Citico in the Southern part of the Cherokee National Forest around Tellico Plains. It's a lot like the Smokys.
Theres the Elk, Clinch, South Holston, Watuga for more tailwaters. |

The Clinch is about 25 miles North of Knoxville off of I-75. It is a good fishery but I think most people would not call it easy. I was skunked there the first 2 - 3 times I fished it. There are some nice trout there though so it is worth the time to figure it out.
