The Corps announced yesterday that they are dropping Center Hill Lake 6' over the next 2 weeks, they hit some muddy water while drilling inside the dam for the preliminary work scheduled over the next 7 years.
This isn't very good news at all for the trout fishery below the dam, i'm personally expecting to hear the same bad news for the Wolf Creek project scheduled to start next year as well. Hopefully a friend of mine will be able to attend a press conference at the dam today, he lives on the river & has a genuine reason to be concerned. More later, if i hear anything, meanwhile, i need to go to Arkansas i reckon ![]() Grumpy |

What!? Well considering I'm moving to Nashville today, that pretty much stinks. What other areas near Nashville offer year-round trout fishing?

I fished it for the first time last Sat and had one of my most productive fishing days ever. I can't wait to go back.
