Default Clinch River PVC pipes?
I was just wondering what those lines with PVC pipes on them are at millers island?

I was just up there today but, must have not been paying attention-didn't see the PVC?...caught Trout, though!

The PVC pipe is the gates for the whitewater kayak course. I spoke with the guy last summer who tends them for some kayak club. According to him, TVA permits them to lay out their course on the shallow side of the small island.
