Default Moonphase craze

We see it on the fishing report and hear about the true believers that wouldn't fish any other way,but who here actually plans their smoky trips or other fishing trips by the moon phase? *I'll have to admit that I have been doing this for some time and have been pretty satisfied. *I invited my brothers for an upcoming trip and one of my brothers asked me"What's the moon look like?" *We'll see how skeptical he is after the trip.

What phase do you think is the best? I don't do any good trout fishing during a full moon generaly.

Here are a couple of links that I use to help plan my trips. *I am no expert on this topic, just trying it out.. If I get the "itch" I still go regardless!

Thanks for the info. I too, go everytime I get a chance, and when I have a good day I like to see what the solunar tables reflect.

While I don't plan trips around these tables, it is always amazing how great fishing (catching...) corresponds with the "good" fishing times that are recommended. The browns seem to be particularly affected and feed well during the "good" (according to the charts) times.
