Great Folks !
Just another example of LRO's super service. Paula just helped me recover my username and password. took her most of half an hour when I'm sure she had more productive things to do. Thanks! That's just the kind of thing that keeps us all coming back.

Yep! I experienced some technical problems when joining the board and she took the call and solved the problem. Customer service makes it or breaks it with me. Have never heard of, or experienced poor CS with LRO!
