Ripmyfly, glad to have you on the board, this place has a ton of info. If you've got a question just ask- someone will have an answer. Also as redc4man mentioned everyone is welcome to join us at the cookout on May 19th. Look under the conservation/organization topic for more info or feel free to PM me.
