I'm getting ready for some Spring Bass fishing. Here is may latest Bass Popper.

Sweet rainshaker,

You wouldn't happen to be a Gary LaFontaine fan would you? I haven't been tying much because my kids are so young and demand most of my time. But I do enjoy the art!

Thanks Dryfly....I guess you could say La Fontaine "wrote the book on Caddis patterns." Hopefully, his influence will continue to be seen thru the generations.

Glass beads and poly-yarn <as a general term> are two of my favorite materials. Nothing against natural fibers...

Default bass flies

These are a few poppers that have become my favorites for Bass and bluegills in different sizes. These are tyed on a size #6 Gamakatsu B10S stinger hooks.
