Default cumberland question

Just out of curiosity, what are the regs on the Cumberland?

Sounds like a great day of fishing and what the Clinch used to be back in the late 80's and early 90's, but that is just echoing what others have told me about the fishing on the Cumberland.

You can keep 5 trout. No fish between 15-20in. any size rainbow, only 1 brown.I may be forgetting something!
