I would like to find out what the best video/dvd is for a beginner. I would take some fly tying classes but I am really strapped for time and money right now. I have a book and have been trying that method but I always do better when I can watch someone else do it. I would really appreciate any info I can get. Thanks

There are quite a few videos that you can watch online. I'll try to locate some links.

There are also a lot of websites that have tutorials in photo form. One of the best is www.charliesflybox.com
I find a lot of interesting stuff by googling the name of a fly, for instance do a google on "zebra midge." Amazing how many hits that'll turn up. sb
