Default the cumberland in trouble!

well the drought has brought great concern to the trout fishery on the cumberland . high water temp's. in the mid 60's and very low water flows. the river really need' rain and generation to maintain this fishery or it may suffer greatly . hearing about fish being caught and stressed, but can't recover and dieing after release .the corp is maintaining the 680 evelation on the lake and is not releasing enough water to help the river .
