Trouble with new thread

I had previously started a new thread in the smokey mountain fishing board. Now I am no longer able to start a new thread. Any ideas on how to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.

As long as you are logged in, you should have no difficulties. Call me at the shop, and I will walk you through it...it would help if you are in front of your computer when you call, so you can describe what you are seeing on your computer screen.
