Has anyone had any experience with the Okuma Cascade / Airframe Large Arbor Fly Reel? It's graphite and I was just wondering. For the price, they look like a great back-up reel Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don't think LRO carries any Okuma stuff but they are very good budget brand. They are very solidly built for the price ranges. I have a Sierra, and the magnitude made out of magnesium. Maybe we could talk Byron in to carrying Okuma.

Several years ago, I was spin fishing in the Smokies when my old Mitchell ultra-light finally gave up the ghost. I ran down to Townsend and picked up an Okuma ultra-light spinning reel thinking that, at the price, I could at least finish fishing the day and look for something better later. Turns out it was a great little reel and I bought my son was as well. For the money, their equipment is hard to beat.
