This is one of the best Redfish Flies available. This is another fly that we couldn’t buy from any of our suppliers so we had them custom tied. Paula and Byron were fishing with Captain Gary Taylor in St. Joe Bay. The water was clear and schools of redfish were within casting distance. The redfish followed other flies but wouldn’t take them. Byron tied on a Sand Shrimp. When they followed he would speed up and they would attack this fly. He and Paula caught several that day on a Sand Shrimp. Byron had a large Sheephead swim 3 feet to get one of these. Sheephead are hard to catch on a fly. This is another in the top five gulf coast flies in our opinion.
