Light Hendrickson

This dry fly matches several late Spring mayflies. It is often used in sizes #12 through #16. The Light Hendrickson is typically a match to mayflies that hatch in April or May, depending on the weather conditions that year.

This is not one of our top selling flies but we felt it should be mentioned in the Smokies Spring section. It is a beautiful fly with a long-term tradition in Eastern freestone trout streams.

This is a dry fly that you should have in your collection if you fish in the Spring.
