Simms Headwaters Wading Boot with Vibram StreamTread Sole

The Headwaters Boot is Simms’ lightest boot. But, they deliver a featherweight price tag and deliver rugged performance.

The Simms Headwater is constructed using Schoeller-dynatec mesh panels with NonoSphere treatment for easy cleaning. The fully gusseted neoprene tongue prevents entry of debris and makes the boot easier to enter and exit. The EVA wedge midsole construction offers super lightweight footbed protection.

The molded rubber toe and heel wraps provide abrasion resistance. The high quality, non-corrosive hardware make lacing a snap and the boot has a handy pull-on heel loop. The Headwater comes with Simms’ Contoured speed lacing system with high quality nylon laces.

The Guide Boot features CleanStream technology along with the new StreamTread traction sole.

The Vibram StreamTread sole is pre-drilled to accept any of the add-on cleats and studs made specifically for these soles by Simms. You may buy them as an additional feature here, if slick conditions require more than a rubber sole. You will see a description below of each option available.

Available in men's sizes 7-14 EEE. Simms recommends choosing one size larger for men and one size smaller for women.
