Tullis Wiggle Critter

This 3 inch long foam head popper is called the Tullis Wiggle Critter. It is an adaptation of the Tullis Wiggle Bug but larger and shaped differently. We have not tried these yet. They are new to us. The Tullis Wiggle Critter is made by Rainy’s Flies, a company that specializes in molding foam into unique shapes and making durable flies.

The Wiggle Critter was designed by Larry Tullis who hails from Ogden, Utah. He is a pro. He has designed some very effective flies. Since we have not tested this fly as of yet, we should all take a close look, maybe buy one or two and give them a try for bass or stripers. You’ve got to admit, they look great. The Wiggle Critter is certainly unique to fly fishing. This is one of those buy and try flies. Please let us know what you think. We’ll be trying them too.

This fly is approximately 3 inches long and tied on a #2 bass stinger hook.
