I’ve never seen people actually feeding bears but I’ve seen more than one hand feed the elk at cataloochie so it would not surprise me one bit if they did hand feed bears.
Smoky mountain candy is hard to beat.

Here lately a Scott g 8’4” 4 wt. I also have a couple of Walter Babb bamboo rods the see a good bit of use. For years about all I Fished was a sage 590 rpl 4 piece I’ve had for 25 or so years.
3 is my favorite but most often 2.
