    Default Cumberland River

A friend and I fished below Wolf Creek dam yesterday, w/o the boat. Water didn't drop as fast as we expected, so it was late in the day before we could wade very effectively. Did find a pod of nice fish and caught several in 14-19" range.

Looks like the fishery is coming back since they got the dam repaired. Nice fish.

There's some work going on at the base of the dam that I can't identify. But possibly the potential failure issues have been completed?

I don't think the photo does justice to the fish. Solid muscle, with some scars from a hard life.
